Running core treasury operations to empower the treasury department to be able to manage the process in an automated fashion. All while following the Best Practices that should be in place for a treasury department. This also needed to be hosted by Oracle OnDemand with zero interruption from what the client currently used. Migration of all current data was a must as well.
  • Meets all basic requirements out of the box.
  • Streamlines the Treasury process.
  • Automation flexibility is key to this being a successful product.
  • Learning cure is a bit high for this product if you aren't already using a tool set like it.
  • finding where documents are stored can be tricky but once you find it you are golden.
  • Since I need a third one some of the API's need to be improved.
I would give the consulting answer to this question. It depends. If you are looking for a tool that can be implemented at the enterprise level then this is the tool for you. it can scale to almost any size you want. If you were looking for a tool that needed to be at a level that is not quite enterprise this really isn't the solution for you. There are plenty of other tools out there for smaller implementation that [isn't] going to break the bank.
  • Automation
  • Scalability
  • Customization to a point.
  • Easy follows basic best practices.
  • Oracle Cash and Treasury Management ROI [were] that much for us as we had a good process in place already.
Without knowing what product you have now I can not tell you the stack up. I don't want to tell you that this is better than what you have as I have not seen your setup. What I can tell you is that you can't go wrong with the Oracle name. It's a worldwide name and that alone should be taken into consideration. However, talk to your sales reps. Get all the information. Pay an independent Contractor to evaluate what it's truly going to take before going down this road.

We have been using Oracle Cash and Treasury Managment applications from last 10 years, it’s one of the best and stable application we have been using. This application is very robust and flexible, do not have many bugs. Application is very used friendly and it has all the features a treasury team needs.
  • Cash Position.
  • Vendor payments.
  • Bank statements auto loading.
  • More reporting.
  • Dash boards.
  • More excel reporting.
The review of Oracle Cash and Treasury Management Application, it’s best user friendly and robust application. This application can be used across the modules like accounts payables and accounts receivables. We could also implement AP/ AR netting since it’s a shared application, this feature will reduce the admin work to process the payments.
  • Shared application.
  • Can schedule auto payments.
  • Can make multiple types of payments.
  • Helps to make payments on time.
  • Auto remittance advice.
  • Multiple payment methods.
Subscription for this application was pretty expensive and had some limitations which are basic needs for us. The time to implement this application was going to take a lot of time than Oracle Cash and treasury management. Oracle cash and treasury were shared between the modules so but the other application did not have that feature.
